Welcome the delegates from German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) and Thailand Incentive and Convention Association (TICA) under Polifund Project.

During the period from April 19th to April 21st, 2017, under the Polifund Project, the delegation from GIZ, TICA and the experts from Chulalongkorn University of Thailand paid a visit to Hanoi University of Pharmacy with the aims of: Sharing and learning about the curriculum (especially in the field of practical training: pharmaceutical industry and pharmaceutics, Clinical pharmacy, community pharmacy) between HUP and Chulalongkorn University; Updating and providing partners with information relating to practical training, pharmacist training and the state of the pharmaceutical industry in Vietnam; Collaborating with all the parties to develop proposals for cooperation in improving the quality of professional training in Vietnam.
The working program of the delegation consists of two parts: Working at HUP with the preside of Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Dang Hoa, Rector of Hanoi University of Pharmacy, together with the presence of Head / Deputy Head and lecturers of some departments such as Pharmaceutics, Clinical Pharmacy, Management and Pharmacoeconomics and National Institute of Pharmaceutical Industry; Visiting and studying the status of practical training, drug quality control, treatment, supply and manufacturing system in Vietnam at the National Institute of Drug Quality Control, Bach Mai Hospital and Central Pharmaceutical CPC1 JSC.
All the parties had three effective working days with consistent outputs: the framework for the project proposal was to be submitted to GIZ and TICA for funding; Coordination plan for the parties to complete and submit for approval of Vietnamese, Thai and German authorities in the coming period.
As the beneficiary of the project, Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Dang Hoa on behalf of Hanoi Pharmacy University sincerely thanked the delegates from GIZ, TICA and Chulalongkorn University Thailand for their enthusiasm and efforts in supporting the University to improve the quality of professional practice training in Vietnam.
